SSC Govt Jobs: If you are preparing to give SSC JEE recruitment exam then definitely read the latest notification issued by SSC. In fact, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Monday announced a change in the negative marking criteria for junior engineering exam recruitment. Appointment for 1324 JE posts will be done by Staff Selection Commission. Three lakh applications have been received so far for the Junior Engineer Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Recruitment Exam 2023. For this, SSC has issued a notification on the official website.
The notice states that 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in Paper-1 exam, apart from this, negative marking of 1 mark has been fixed for each wrong answer in Paper-2. Earlier both the papers had negative marking of one third of the total marks. Let us tell you that the SSC JE recruitment exam will be conducted in October. A tentative schedule has just been released.
Let us tell you that currently out of 1324 posts for recruitment, 613 are from unreserved, 121 EWS, 288 OBC, 96 ST and 206 SC categories. Information regarding the vacancies of Water Resources Department has not yet been received. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Paper-1 and Paper-2. Both the papers will be objective type questions.
